Previously in use with its matching 44 pre-amp and FM4 tuner, here is an excellent example of this classic, iconic British power amplifier. Tested for around 2 hours, this 405-2 is in full working order and very good physical condition.

100 watts RMS per channel of pure, current dumping audio joy. This one was originally a 405 but was upgraded to full 405-2 specification by Quad in 1997 (see picture 14) and a 405-2 label was applied to the front legend.

This comes with mains cable, original user manual and original glossy brochure. It also comes with your choice of either a 4-Pin DIN to 4-Pin DIN or 4-Pin DIN to 2 x RCA plug signal input cable - you choose.
