Classic 1970’s ‘Monitor HPD’ Dual Concentric (HPD/315/8)

You already know all about this legendary British loudspeaker so we won’t be boring you with the details. In terms of chronology the Devon dates from the mid 1970’s and was part of the classic range that included the Eaton (10 inch), Cheviot (12 inch) and Berkeley & Arden (15 inch).

This single loudspeaker is working perfectly and sounds exactly as it should - absolutely beautiful. The Monitor HPD driver has just been professionally re-foamed using a genuine Tannoy kit, rather than the cheap copy foam surrounds currently available. The foam surround will not need to be renewed for at least another 20 years.
