Denon (Mission) SC-M5K

Bookshelf Speakers

Made in the UK by Mission, these little monitors are in excellent condition, tested and in full working order. Front ported, so will be perfectly happy placed against the wall.

The blurb from Denon:

“The Denon SC-M5K speakers are a 2-way bass reflex compact design rated at 100 watts, designed for Denon by the famous Mission speaker company. These are an ideal choice for small micro systems. They are also suitable to use as an extension speakers to enable music in any room in the home.”

Well - I always take manufacturer’s claims with a pinch of salt but when these were connected to a good quality Teac H-500 system I was quite surprised at the clarity and depth of bass they were able to reproduce. A real wolf in sheep’s clothing.
