Made in Japan during the late 1970’s, this beautiful vintage receiver is in lovely condition and full, perfect & crackle-free working order. Picture 3 was taken while using just a length of speaker cable as an improvised aerial.

This has a host of useful features - including provision to connect a pair of electrostatic speakers via the third pair of speaker outputs (see picture 11).

120 watts per channel and weighing in at 17kg’s make this a real shelf-bender.

Currently operating on 240 volts mains, changing to 100, 120 or 220 simply requires changing the position of the selector plug inside the case (see picture 18).

Complete with its original user manual.

The last picture is from the 1979 Hi-Fi Year Book, when this beauty retailed at £600 - a huge price-tag in 1979.
