This late version, grey FM4 is boxed, tested for a couple of hours with no issues whatsoever. Picture 4 was taken while using a length of speaker cable as an improvised aerial. Good battery, so none of the the common FM4 leaking battery problems. Physical condition is very nice but there is a tiny little blemish on the display panel, which doesn’t show up in the pictures, but should be mentioned. There are also some very light scratches on the top case and the top, front edge. Again - very minor bur should be mentioned.
USA and Canada use different FM de-emphasis to Europe (50u sec EU / 75u sec USA & Canada). There is a very simple modification to make for USA & Canada. This involves inserting two small capacitors onto the underside of the circuit board and is clearly explained in the user manual.
User switchable mains volts, so this will operate in any country.
This comes in its original carton, with original user manual, IEC mains cable, a pair of RCA (Phono) signal output cables and an indoor string aerial - ready to use.
